Ladies, you need to open your mind to trying new things. I have been with several women who have orgasms from anal sex. Orgasms from an entirely different part of their anatomy. 1) Re: medical issues: I like anal. I think it's fun and feels good. I've never had a problem with any of those issues because I don't let people who aren't hygienic and courteous near my ass.
