How about directing he conversation to more... personal topics? I mean, don't just come out and tell him you fantasize him (if that make you uncomfortable), but steer the conversation towards sex, what he finds sexy, what girls he finds sexy, etc - be creative. He'll reciprocate the questions, and maybe things will develop?

If it's platonic don't tell him. You don't want to just come out and say that. It might make him extremely uncomfortable. If, however, you two ever get together ... definitely tell him. Preferably right after sex. I know that would turn me on to an insane degree!

i doubt he is. I'm a guy. Making clever, fun conversation and masturbation don't mix. For guys getting off requires focus and as little intelligent speech as possible.
