They say monogamy isn't natural or ideal for us humans......both men and women. I think it's better to find someone you can be honest with. I mean in a monogamous longterm partnership you have to: fulfill all sexual desires, agree on raising kids, balance finances, be each other's nurse, be best friends, share a house AND a bathroom???? Isn't that a bit much for one person to handle?

I absolutely see your point and am in a monogamish relationship as well. But any extra-relationship relations are discussed beforehand. We're honest. I'm not demanding monogamy, but all of these brazen liars. I went away for the weekend with a guy who brought his mistress as a "friend" when all of his friends knew very well that he is married. He called his wife every night. It was disgusting.

And you don't know women that cheat and lie. OMFG, it's been my experience and some data is beginning to show this, that women cheat more than men. 6 out of my 8 close female friends in committed relationships or marriage have cheated. This may be a jaded view of life but I expect everyone is going to cheat, I don't dwell on it but am pleasantly surprised if it doesn't happen.

I'm with ALB on this one - women cheaters outnumber the men cheaters at my work. And my best friend, after 5 years of denial, just admitted that she got divorce because her husband caught her cheating. I think men are more brazen about their cheating and more likely to get caught. Women tend to keep it more discrete.

It is a lot easier for women to cheat than men and they know it. I think a faithful marriage is a thing of the past. Even if you love someone and vice versa, assume they have strayed at least once.

As the above comments illustrate, women need new cock every once in a while. It's better to be a single guy and get it when you can than be the schmuck husband who is cheated on.
