Oooh, risky. One way to assess a risk is to weigh the best case scene scenario against the worst case. Give them a couple of hours in public place. It'll lead to either a really nice time or a date that's kind of a nonstarter. I'm not sure it makes sense for you to project forward all the way to a meeting leading to "love of your life" versus "massive heartbreak" but even if you did that, then the best case scenario would still make taking the risk worthwhile... Just my two cents on this kind of thing....
