I'm not so sure about that, a highly intelligent sociopath might decide cheating is a perfectly rational thing to do. There needs to be some level of concern for others in order to realize cheating is a bad idea in all circumstances.

There was a research article about it. So that means the research was on people who got caught. Of course those people are stupid. How large was the sample size? What were the biases of the reasearchers? When he FBI profiles serial killers, they have never been able to come to a conclusion about intelligence, and that's a far more narrow range of data. I laugh at your research study.

true, the people on jerry springer have many deep needs going unmet. if cheating justified that may be an excpetion. but in general I think non-cheaters are the same people who can delay gratification to get bigger rewards later. cheaters are more impulsive. if it makes you feel any better, the impulsive types are more fun at parties. and yes, these are broad generalizations
