I just saw that. It was a post about a guy getting off to the image of his gf cheating on him. So in that context "every fuck is a hate fuck" seems reasonable, this guy can't cum unless he imagines it -- he's "over" it on the surface but he's not, truly. Either that or he's turned on by the cuckold fantasy. Out of context as you say it seems like the commenter is quite misogynistic.
