Nerve Dating Confessions

January 13, 9:15AM I just lost 70 pounds, and I've never been less secure with my body. It's like now that I no longer fit into the BBW category, the men who don't prefer fat girls now seeing me naked will notice my thighs, my belly, my stretchmarks, and they aren't pretty. You are still the same person inside. Lots of men have stretch marks, too, and love women who aren't perfect.

I'm 110 pounds and I have stretch marks and a bit of cellulite. It's what's inside that matters :)

I am a guy, who is recently divorced, trying to figure out how to back out into the dating world and all of that. And "everyone" says that the thing girls notice about guys is confidence. Well the same can be said for guys looking at girls as well. I may find one girl more attractive than another even though she may be heavier. And it is because of the way she carries herself, you can just tell she is more confident in her skin. The way she dresses (and I don't mean dressing provocatively), walks, smiles, all of that. As other commenters have said, if your a good person, let that shine. And try to get some confidence in yourself (and I know that is hard, cause I a, going thru the same thing myself), feel good that you lost 70 lbs, that is remarkable, get some new clothes, and smile. I believe those insecurities will slowly fade.

Stretch marks disappear eventually. Don't be discouraged!
