I think "virginity" is sort of hard to define, simply because sexual intercourse, broadly defined, encompasses so many different acts. If you define losing your virginity as simply breaking your hymen, then i lost my virginity when i was 11 horseback riding. If you define losing your virginity as having a penis fully inserted into your vagina, then Id say the girl the op is talking about is still a virgin. That being said, I totally think that it's up to the virgin to decide what counts as losing your virginity.

@808 How does this 'confession' prove the OP has a lot of time on their hands? You don't need free time to think. I think virginity is defined by penetration either the doing or receiving of it so I'd agree with OP in that a girl is no longer a virgin once penetrated by a vibe or dildo. Then again I come from the thinking that anal sex also means a person is not a virgin but when I was in HS I remember people having anal sex and saying "but I'm still a virgin." I always found that odd because they were definitely having sex.

To me, sex requires (at least) two people, so a vibe wouldn't count. But everyone has their own definition of virginity. It's a social construct, not a scientific/biological one.
