As someone who drives a stick-shift, that is the stupidest fucking analogy I've ever heard.

As a woman who's both had anal AND driven a stick...well, it, uh, KINDA works that way. Essentially, you have to be very loving and gentle and know what you're doing. Unfortunately, the times I've had it were none of the above so I'm kinda turned off to the whole idea now. But I do love driving stick. It's fun.

I've never had anal sex, but I have driven a stick. I also can't imagine how randomly shifting from 4th to 5th gear is anything like anal sex.

Maybe, maybe they could have said something akin to downshifting from 2nd to first, which only an idiot would actually do. But 4th the 5th gear is basic highway/high speed driving and doesn't make sense at all. Also if you didn't know how to work a clutch you wouldn't have gotten into 4th gear at all. A clutch isn't a brake. Ok I'm done.

On no I completely understand where they are coming from. As someone who has had a guy tried to just shove it in with no foreplay or lube (it really for like days!)and driven stick. So I think the analogy is that you can't go from 1st to 5th you have to be ready and in 4th.

Anal sex is more like parallel parking. Keep trying until you get it in.

Completely relate. For me I can't go from 0 to anal in 15 seconds. But if we are already at highway speed, then just a little more on the accelerator and we're there.

sml: So it doesn't matter how much you wreck the other cars' bumpers, I'm guessing. Well, keep that up, and someday someone might just do something nasty to your car in retaliation.
