To find out, follow this handy three-step procedure that involves neither underwear nor gnomes nor profit: 1) Arrange a time to meet over coffee (alcohol is always a bad idea under these circumstances) 2) Meet said person with neither spouse nor kids around, sip coffee, munch biscotti, whatever 3) Fight against any paranoid feelings that might come up in you (is she only faking it? does she REALLY mean what she says? etc). You will have clarity in no time at all.
