Nerve Dating Confessions

January 7, 11:41AM People don't leave relationships for other people. They leave because there is something missing between the person and their partner in the first place. If there is someone else when they finally do leave it's because they were too much of a coward to be on their own. So everybody do everyone else a favor, grow some balls or ovaries and learn to be alone. End your relationship before you start a new one and learn to be the best of yourself on your own. Learn to live on your own is good advice...

Well, it can be good, or it can be dangerous. I was on my own all this year after leaving my husband last January. Occasional boyfriends throughout, but very very bad short-lived relationships. I was severely emotionally abused/gaslighted in my marriage. Had therapy that helped somewhat, but was in a very delicate state for most of the year. Preyed upon regularly, hit on by predator type men on a daily basis who could sense my weakened state and tried to take advantage. Occasionally followed home by weird looking men. This happened DAILY. Lived in constant fear. Attempted suicide. Failed at that. Kept going anyway.

so are you saying if I meet someone tomorrow who has a significant other and they decide they want out of their current relationship and want to be with me, its not my fault? its because they are lacking something in their relationship?
