Better that than marry someone who uses tired, sexist aphorisms and seems convinced that relationships are based in commodity exchange systems rather than mutual respect and love.

Holding out and letting things develop is always wise, but waiting for a ring, or expensive dinner, or vacations and gifts and shit makes us PROSTITUTES, not human beings with sexual and emotional needs. Sometimes Mr Right Now ends up being the one- who is anyone to begrudge a couple of that chance?
