Don't really care for dogs either. They get hair everywhere and require too much attention, but when I really love someone, I'm totally willing to deal with their dog as long as they're not obsessed with it or talk about it nonstop (that's just unbearable). I try really hard to like the dog. Dogs are kind of like people in that some are easier to like than others.

Everyone has their likes and dislikes. You just have to decide what's worth putting up for in the name of love and what's a dealbreaker for you.
