lj commented on Jan 1 13 at 10:45 am FLAG FOR ABUSEConfront him, and when he admits to cheating, eventually, tell him he has lost the right to talk to you. Then dump his shit on the street for homeless people to take. Do not talk to him. Move on.
ReD commented on Jan 1 13 at 11:26 am FLAG FOR ABUSESeriously, ask him, see how he reacts. If he says he was drunk, that's a bullshit excuse.
kp commented on Jan 1 13 at 11:56 am FLAG FOR ABUSEEven if he didn't cheat, not calling your girlfriend on NYE is pretty lame. Dump him!
ag commented on Jan 1 13 at 12:28 pm FLAG FOR ABUSEI agree with kp above, no communication on NYE?? I guess it'd depend on how long you've been together/dating,, I can't see any reason other than an emergency that would excuse him, did he tell you in advance he would be doing something else?
KA commented on Jan 1 13 at 1:16 pm FLAG FOR ABUSEWe're in different time zones, so we spoke on my new years and not on his. I confronted him and he basically comforted me and gave me a semi plausible rationale. I can't tell if I'm crazy jealous girlfriend territory or if my gut is right. But he was understanding and didn't get defensive. I'll just be on my guard. I don't know.
ag commented on Jan 1 13 at 1:25 pm FLAG FOR ABUSEDating long distance is hard, I dated someone from another country, so I know,,you have to trust implicitedly
ag commented on Jan 1 13 at 1:54 pm FLAG FOR ABUSEthanks ag. sometimes I just need to remember that. trust isn't easy.
