Ok.... what's your problem? It makes sense doesn't it? If you only jerk off in a certain way all the time, then you condition your penis to only be able to orgasm in that certain way. If you primarily look and experience sexual imagery of a certain kind, then you condition your brain to pick that out of a crowd.
