I know it's important to set goals. But when life gets in the way of our goals, we can't beat ourselves up for not achieving them. Or we will never get past the moment, when the moment is hard enough just to survive in. Trust me, I know this. Move the goal post, and chalk it up to "shit happens." You will be glad you did.
