Men have called me intimidating...acquaintances more so than close friends. My close male friends tell me i'm the farthest thing there is from intimidating.

There are different kinds of intimidating. Are you exceptionally attractive/sexy/athletic? Are you an overachiever academically or professionally? Are you outwardly intelligent (i.e. the smartest person in the room)? Are you bossy? A man thinks a woman is intimidating because he's insecure and afraid of a) being outdone, b) feeling like he doesn't deserve you, or c) has a need to control his woman that won't be tolerated by you. I don't recommend downplaying whatever quality it is your friend thinks is intimidating. I recommend finding a guy with balls who can handle being with someone like you.

The only thing that irritates me is when she has one-word answers and refuses to expand on things. As for intimidating, I'm not sure what it is; it must be something in your posture or something like that.

I knew a female lawyer that was very intelligent, tall and very busty and she was a junkyard dog in the courtroom. Most people found her to be very sure of herself and cocky for a woman. After a few dates with her, away from her lawyer friend's, to be very submissive and naughty kinky! She loved to be completely dominated sexually.
